Mr. Osei Asafo-Adjei was the Chief Executive Officer for the Royal Bank from January 2016 to August 2018. He served as the Executive Director (Corporate Banking Division) for HFC Bank Limited from June 2012 to June 2016. He has over two decades of rich experience in the following areas: Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Recovery and Collections and Project Financing.

He holds an MPhil in Agriculture Economics and a Diploma in Development Studies from Universities of Glasgow and Cambridge respectively. He has attended several short courses including Executive Development Program from Wharton University, Global Trade Finance Program by IFC, Financial Trade Operations.

Osei is an astute banker and dynamic leader who believes in management by result and is people centered in his leadership and management style.


Mr. Yaw Osei-Wusu Peprah is the Chief Executive Officer for Assenta Property Consulting from 2006 to date. Prior to joining Assenta he was the Chief Executive Officer for Ben Dwimoh and Co. He has over 20 years’ in Property valuation, Development, Investment and Management. He has spearheaded several large valuation assignments including the valuation of assets of VRA, Bui Power Authority, Ghana Airways, BOST, GCAA, SSNIT and Shell.

He holds an MSc in Property development and Management from University of East London. He is a Chartered Surveyor and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (MRICS) and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS).

Yaw provides advisory services to various private and institutional clients in the area of project appraisal, project management, property disposal and property investment appraisal.


Peter Ofori-Asumadu is an Anglophone Road Engineer for the ECOWAS Abidjan –Lagos Corridor Highway Development Project. He recently completed his tenure with the Africa Union (AU) as a Technical Infrastructure Expert. Prior to joining AU, he worked with the Africa Development Bank (AfDB) and served as the Transport Economist on the AfDB Appraisal Team for the proposed Pokuase Interchange Project in Accra, Ghana. He has also worked as a Project Manager for the World Bank funded Emergency Monrovia Urban Sanitation Project.

Peter is a trained Civil Engineer with over twenty seven years working experience with both international agencies and Local Government Agency. He has extensive field experience in the construction and management of projects for both the client and contractor. He is a member of the Institution of Highway and Transportation, UK (MIHIT) and a member of Ghana Institution of Engineers (MGhIE).

Peter has a rich skill set in Strategic Planning and Management, Project Planning, Construction Management and Quality Control in Construction.


Mr. James Osei Brown is the founder of JOSHOB Group of Companies (JGC). He is an astute entrepreneur with over twenty-five years (25) experience in the construction industry. Under the excellent leadership of James, JOSHOB construction has seen tremendous expansion both in resources and the projects undertaken.

The company has grown from undertaking grading and patching of potholes to an A1 B1 company, executing major projects such as Reconstruction of Tema- Steelworks road (concrete paving- first of its kind since the construction of the Tema motorway), Upgrading of Juapong -Adidome road, Asphaltic overlay projects in Kumasi and the Upgrading of Anwiankwanta- Obuasi road (Asphalt).

He is a firm believer in hard work and goes by the mantra always being “up to the task.” His business acumen has earned him and the company several awards both on the local and international front. Notable among them are;

Nana Ama is the Managing Partner at CJ Plus Attorneys from June 2013 to date. She was a Partner at Dery & Co. from 2004 to 2013 and Assistant State Attorney from 2004 to 2005. She is a Solicitor and Attorney with sixteen years’ experience in Commercial Transactions and Corporate Finance, Legal Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Board Affairs and Stakeholder Relations Management.

She holds an LLM (Oil and Gas) and LL. B from the University of Ghana and Barrister –at Law (2004) from the Ghana School of Law. Nana Ama has hands on experience in the Development of HR manuals, Drafting and Reviewing of Corporate Documents, Preparation of due diligence and Board Representation.
